The #’s are the last 4 digits of social, unless directed otherwise.

You will be prompted to setup multi-factor authentication, where you will be required to provide your phone number and setup the Microsoft Authenticator application on your smart phone.

User experience for Multi-Factor Authentication

  1. User successfully authenticates using Azure AD Multi-Factor Authentication.
  2. User sees prompt to set up the Authenticator app to improve their sign-in experience. Only users who are allowed for the Authenticator app push notifications and don’t have it currently set up will see the prompt.

  3. User taps Next and steps through the Authenticator app setup.
