We are excited to announce the launch of our website The Warren County Transition Network!!

https://www.warrencountytransitionnetwork.com/

Our mission is to provide families, agencies, educators, and businesses with transition tools to better prepare and support individuals with disabilities living in Warren County.

Utilizing grant monies through OCALI, the creation of this website was a collaboration between the Warren County ESC, Warren County Board of Developmental Disability Services, and Opportunities for Ohioans with Disabilities. It was our goal to create a user friendly tool that all of Warren County could access to support transition of our youth with disabilities.

Please share this site far and wide throughout Warren County! If you have any questions about the site, want to add information to the site, or ways to improve the site, please reach out to one of us and let us know. We hope you find this site helpful!
