Katie Strubbe is the Director of the Western Row Campus in Mason, Ohio, and a Program Specialist in the Social Communication Department, one of the specialized programs offered at the campus. With a career dedicated to student success and professional growth, Katie has consistently demonstrated a passion for enhancing educational experiences and fostering meaningful collaboration between staff, students, and families.

Katie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education (Pre-K–3) and Special Education (K–12) from Northern Kentucky University. She began her teaching career at the Clermont County Educational Service Center, where she worked with middle school students diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Katie then advanced to the Miami County Educational Service Center, where she taught high school students with Multiple Disabilities before transitioning to Warren County Educational Service Center (WCESC) thirteen years ago.

At WCESC, Katie has thrived, earning a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and achieving Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Starting as an Intervention Specialist, she later moved into a Collaborative Coach role, where she consulted with school districts across Warren and Butler Counties. In this capacity, she played an instrumental role in building and expanding the Collaborative Coaching Department, which now includes ten BCBAs and twelve Behavior Interventionists. Together, they provide vital support to school districts and ESC programs in the region.

Outside of her professional commitments, Katie resides in Loveland with her husband, Chaz, and their three children—Pierce (3rd grade), Sawyer, and Easton (1st grade).
