The John Lazares Career Exploration Center exists to inspire and prepare students in grades 7–12 from the Warren County ESC Learning Center Program through immersive, hands-on experiences that foster career exploration, entrepreneurial thinking, and a growth mindset. As an innovative hub for experiential learning, the Center emphasizes project-based instruction aligned with industry-relevant skills to equip every student with the tools, confidence, and direction needed to develop an individualized career plan and pursue meaningful pathways beyond graduation.
Community business partners will serve as key stakeholders in guiding the programming and curriculum to ensure students are learning the skills and competencies necessary to meet the evolving standards and expectations of today’s workforce and industries.
