Jimmy Allen (pictured to the left) The Jimmy Allen Community Partnership Award was created in 2023 and named after long standing Board Member, Jimmy Allen, who passed away in April 2022. He served as a board member at both Carlisle Local Schools and then Warren County ESC for nearly 25 years collectively and was a proud advocate of the Warren County community, school districts, and students.
On April 11, 2025, the award was presented to Senator Steve Wilson for his many years of support to Warren County area school districts and surrounding communities. He has many legislative accomplishments which have benefited our students and citizens. CONGRATULATIONS!

The award was presented at the beginning of the 10th Annual Franklin B. Walter Scholarship Program held at Warren County ESC where state and county officials, school district personnel, and WCESC leaders gathered to recognize students of excellence. Our program is the Warren County edition of Ohio Educational Service Centers Association’s long standing scholarship program and is one of the highlights of the year at WCESC. The program is designed to honor one senior high school student recipient from ten school districts including Carlisle, Franklin, Greater Ohio Virtual School, Kings, Lebanon, Little Miami, Mason, Springboro, Warren County Career Center, and Waynesville for their academic excellence. One overall champion recipient is selected to join OESCA at a statewide banquet. The 2025 overall champion recipient is Amanda Tudela, Waynesville High School. All students will be featured in our upcoming newsletter and can currently be found on our website or social media page. www.warrencountyesc.com
