The WCESC has the capability of performing background checks via fingerprinting using WebCheck. Information is submitted electronically to the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Identification and Investigation for processing and results.

SERVICES PROVIDED for SCHOOL PERSONNEL, SCHOOL VOLUNTEERS and CHILDCARE FACILITIES ONLY. Others are required to provide documentation with the correct BCI/FBI coding or should be able to obtain background checks through the Warren County Sheriff’s Office or any other law enforcement agency.

Rates charged by the WCESC are as follows:
State (BCI): $30.00 for state only
Federal (FBI): $36.00 for federal only
Both: $61.00 for both
