The general education teachers and intervention specialists from the WCESC’s Learning Center attended a week-long Teacher Bootcamp the week of July 28, 2025. They spent valuable time studying and discussing behavioral leadership, instructional strategies, academic assessments, mental health, trauma informed approaches, social thinking language and content-specific curriculum. The teacher’s dedication, professionalism and commitment to children were evident as they attended the different training sessions embedded in the week’s plan. They now have some time to process all of the information as they prepare their classrooms for the arrival of students on August 25.
