The Warren County Educational Service Center (WCESC) is proud to announce the
appointment of Jennifer Maynard as its new Director of Career Readiness and
Industry Alignment. Jennifer brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to
community partnerships, workforce development, and student success.
Jennifer joins WCESC after nearly a decade at Sinclair College, where she served as
the Workforce Strategy Partner since 2022. In this role, she led regional
collaborations between education and industry to advance talent pipelines,
developed innovative career pathways, and fostered strategic workforce solutions
across southwest Ohio.
With a master’s degree in organizational psychology and a proven track record in
community engagement, Jennifer is well-positioned to lead WCESC’s efforts to align
student programming with evolving workforce demands. She will oversee the WCESC
Business Advisory Council, expand authentic work-based learning opportunities, and
support career exploration initiatives for students across Warren County.
Jennifer will also lead the newly launched John Lazares Career Exploration Center, an
innovative initiative designed to provide students with immersive, hands-on
entrepreneurship experiences. This center will empower students to explore career
interests, build real-world skills, and engage directly with industry professionals in a
dynamic, future-ready environment.
Jennifer is known for her dynamic leadership, collaborative spirit, and ability to
translate vision into action. As Director of Career Readiness and Industry Alignment,
she will play a key role in preparing students for future success while strengthening
the regional economy through intentional partnerships and aligned career
development strategies.
