The Warren County Health District introduced it’s new “WCHD Mobile Health” Van with a ribbon cutting ceremony on August 16, 2024. WCESC nursing supervisors, Jill Buffenbarger and Terri Elam, pictured here with Dr. Clint Koenig, WCHD Medical Director, got to tour the mobile van after the ceremony.
The Mobile Health Van will be on the road starting in September and will offer acute care visits, immunizations, physicals for school, sports, work, etc., hemoglobin testing, lead testing, urinalysis, development screenings, and maintenance visits for high blood pressure, diabetes, and other chronic illnesses.
